2. Welke gegevens?
Via het contactformulier verwerken wij de gegevens die u zelf invult:
- naam en e-mailadres;
- telefoonnummer, organisatie en rol, als u die invult;
- uw bericht en uw akkoord.
Daarnaast legt onze hostingpartij bij elk bezoek standaard technische gegevens vast, zoals IP-adres, browsertype en tijdstip. Gebruik het formulier niet voor gevoelige persoonsgegevens.
3. Waarvoor en op welke grondslag?
- Uw vraag beantwoorden en een kennismaking voorbereiden, op basis van uw toestemming.
- Een opdracht voorbereiden en uitvoeren, als daaruit een samenwerking ontstaat, op basis van de overeenkomst.
- De website veilig en beschikbaar houden, op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang.
Wij gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor nieuwsbrieven, reclame of profilering.
4. Wie heeft toegang?
Alleen Abukar Said heeft toegang tot uw gegevens. Wij verkopen geen gegevens en delen ze niet met derden, tenzij wij daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn. Voor hosting, formulierverwerking en e-mail maken wij gebruik van dienstverleners die de gegevens alleen in onze opdracht verwerken.
5. Hosting en doorgifte buiten de EU
De website en het contactformulier worden gehost door Netlify, Inc. (Verenigde Staten). Formulierinzendingen worden binnen de Netlify-omgeving opgeslagen. Bij doorgifte buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte gelden de waarborgen die de AVG vereist, zoals de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie. Zie ook het privacybeleid van Netlify.
6. Hoe lang bewaren wij gegevens?
Contactgegevens bewaren wij tot maximaal twaalf maanden na afhandeling van uw vraag. Ontstaat er een opdracht, dan bewaren wij gegevens zolang dat nodig is voor de uitvoering, en administratieve gegevens zo lang als de wet voorschrijft (in de regel zeven jaar).

Deze website plaatst geen analytische, tracking- of marketingcookies. Meer informatie vindt u in de cookieverklaring.
8. Uw rechten
U heeft het recht om:
- uw gegevens in te zien, te laten corrigeren of te laten verwijderen;
- de verwerking te laten beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken;
- uw gegevens over te laten dragen;

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen. De website gebruikt een versleutelde verbinding (HTTPS) en beveiligingsheaders.

Through the contact form we process the details you enter yourself:

- phone number, organisation and role, if provided;
- your message and your consent.
In addition, our hosting provider records standard technical data on every visit, such as IP address, browser type and time. Please do not use the form for sensitive personal data.
3. For what purpose and on what basis?
- Answering your question and preparing an introduction, based on your consent.
- Preparing and carrying out an assignment, if a collaboration follows, based on the agreement.
- Keeping the website secure and available, based on our legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising or profiling.
4. Who has access?
Only Abukar Said has access to your data. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties unless legally required. For hosting, form processing and email we use service providers that process data only on our behalf.
5. Hosting and transfers outside the EU
The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Form submissions are stored within the Netlify environment. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. See also Netlify's privacy policy.
6. How long do we keep data?
We keep contact details for up to twelve months after your question has been handled. If an assignment follows, we keep data as long as needed to carry it out, and administrative records for as long as the law requires (generally seven years).
